The battery life lasts a long time, the rgb is very cute and I like that it's able to turn off if I chose. The mouse itself feels very soft and comfortable in hand also. It's good for gaming or for business.This mouse has a good weight to it (not too light that it feels cheap, and not too heavy where it feels tiring to use over a long period of time). The structure of the mouse also feels comfortable to hold onto (I like the grip on the sides as well). The RGB lighting was an issue the first time around and the lighting would be choppy and blinky 24/7 and did not "fade" well into other colors (also annoying to look at when the mouse is constantly changing colors), and I asked their customer service team if something could be done about. The service rep I spoke to (July) was so understanding and friendly about the whole thing. She sent me a replacement right away. She said that the mouse would take a few days but it came way sooner than the new ETA she gave (and the new mouse works perfectly now!). Obviously, it sucks to get a defective item when you're excited about receiving it and trying it out but customer service really did what they could to appease any disappointments I had. It was so nice to experience this (not a lot of sellers are good at dealing with customer support and it is greatly appreciated)its a cute mouse, but the lights do not come on.This mouse feels very cheaply made. The battery life is minimal, and it does not work while it's charging.It worked the first time I plugged it in. I went downstairs to eat. When I came back upstairs it wouldn’t work at all. After hours of trying everything to get it to work I gave up. It could have been a really good mouse.When I got this wireless mouse it worked the first time when I took it out of the box and the next day it stopped working it would not turn on or light up I even charged it and it still would not work. This is not a good productonly worked until I was no longer able to return it. I bought one more because my daughter really wanted it we will se if this lasts longer.
